GoreBox 27 Terms of Service

1. The game and the licence

GoreBox 27, called "the game" below, is licensed and not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it for private, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of the storefront you bought it from.

The game depicts extreme fictional violence and is intended for adults. We apply an 18+ age recommendation ourselves; where a storefront assigns its own rating, that rating applies there. A reduced violence mode exists and can be selected at any time.

2. Eligibility and minors

Online multiplayer requires an account and is not available to players under 13. Players under 18 who play online do so with protections applied: no voice chat, links and email addresses masked in chat, and reduced violence selected by default. They are shown an 18+ notice before their first online session.

Buying the game for a minor is the purchaser's decision under the storefront's rating. The rating means what it says.

3. Conduct, and the Multiplayer Rules

The Multiplayer Rules shown in the game are part of these terms. As of rules version 4, the following are sanctionable, each with published punishment tiers running up to permanent exclusion from online play: cheating, ban evasion, hate speech, harassment, impersonation, griefing, inappropriate names, and spam.

Sanctions are limited to online access: kicks, rejoin blocks, and timed or permanent bans. They never modify or damage your copy of the game, and they never touch your single-player access.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Reporting is built into the game, alongside blocking, host kicks, and vote-kicks. Reports are rate limited and bounded.

You can contest an enforcement decision at contact@f2games.com. We review the recorded rule id and duration against the evidence.

5. Your content

Custom maps, characters, skins, and anything else you create with the in-game tools stay yours and stay on your device. We host none of it.

By using your content in an online session you grant us and the other players in that session a limited licence to transmit and display it for the duration of that session. You are responsible for what you create and transmit, and content that breaks the Multiplayer Rules is sanctionable under sections 3 and 4.

6. Integrity of the service

The game verifies its own integrity and the integrity of the hosts you join, and we may deny online access to modified or pirated copies. We do not scan unrelated files and we do not run kernel-level software.

7. Availability

Online services depend on third-party infrastructure, currently Unity Gaming Services, and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We will give reasonable notice before permanently discontinuing online play. Single-player does not depend on our services.

8. Warranty and liability

The statutory warranty and liability rules of German law apply in full. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, or under the Product Liability Act, and nothing in them affects the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

9. Termination

You can stop using the game at any time, and account deletion works as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate online access for a material breach of section 3, following the published punishment tiers.

10. Changes, governing law, and the rest

Material changes are re-accepted in the game, with the version and a local timestamp recorded as the acceptance record.

German law applies. For consumers in the EU, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If any provision of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stay in force.
